I’m Stevan Perea, an operator and writer working across company-building, venture formation, physical markets, and overlooked founders.

My background spans manufacturing, distribution, regulated categories, beauty, retail, and supply chains. That shapes how I think about venture capital and the kinds of companies that are often underestimated before they become obvious.

I’m currently building Visibility Intelligence Labs: workflow and intelligence for public-facing talent and the teams around them. Our first product is in private alpha.

My writing lives in the space between operating and investing: how markets form, how companies earn belief, and why some founders and categories take longer to look obvious.
